The subject of the order is “Performing a Habitat Operate for Ustka Forest District”. The proceedings shall be carried out under unlimited invitation to tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1), as referred to Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Law of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - “PZP”) and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

1.The Contracting Authority reserves the option to change (+/-) up to 200 ha of the development area during the course of the work, resulting from changes in the state of forestry holding, which, however, will remain without affecting the amount of remuneration.

2.As part of the fieldwork, at least 250 basic typological habitat surfaces should be carried out, including at least 75% first to identify local specific conditions throughout the forestry area, the remaining 25% should be performed after more accurate habitat recognition of the object (by carting and auxiliary surfaces) and 1890 auxiliary typological habitat surfaces.

3. Laboratory tests of the physical and chemical properties of soils should be carried out in the laboratory certified by the Polish Accreditation Centre.

4.Overview maps of habitat range should be made in a scale of 1:25000 - 2 sets of prints.

5. Required order completion dates:

1) Readiness to receive fieldwork related to the execution of at least 75% of the basic typological habitat surfaces in the forestry area: by July 1, 2022.

2) Readiness to receive fieldwork related to habitat mapping and at least 50% auxiliary typological habitat surfaces: by October 3, 2022

3) Readiness to receive fieldwork related to habitat mapping and making 50% auxiliary typological habitat surfaces, and the remaining 25% of the basic typological habitat surfaces in the forestry area: until 3 July 2023

4) Transfer of the entire development to the RDLP in Szczecinek: by 1 February 2024.

6. The work covered by the contract must be carried out according to:

(a) By the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, amended),

(b) The Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2373 as amended),

c) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 12 November 2012 on detailed conditions and the mode for drawing up the forest device plan, simplified forest equipment plan and inventory of the state of the forest (OJ 2012.1302),

(d) “Instructions for the equipment of the forest. Warsaw, 2011" annex to Ordinance No. 55 of the Director-General of State Forests of 21.11.2011 on Instructions for the Equipment of Forest, and Zarz. No 83 of the Director-General of State Forests of 23.11.2012 on the correction of the Instructions for equipping the forest,

e) Classification of forest soils of Poland (CILP 2000),

(f) by protocols of arrangement with the Director of the RDLP or the person appointed by him, the Forest District District or the person appointed by him, after accepting by the Director of the RDLP.
