Granting and servicing a long-term loan to cover the deficit in the amount of PLN 3,500,000.00. The loan being the subject of the contract will be used to finance the investments planned in Annex 3 to the Resolution No. XXXIX/348/22 of the Bobrowo Commune Council of December 27, 2022 on the municipal budget for 2023.

1) Loan amount / left at the disposal of the ordering party on the day of signing the contract

2) Loan period: until 30 December 2034.
3) Grace period for repayment of loans: until January 30, 2029.
4) Repayment of principal for the loan in the amount of PLN 3,500,000.00:
a) 2029 – 11 installments of PLN 41,667.00 each and 12 installments of PLN 41,663.00,
b) 2030 – 11 installments of PLN 41,667.00 each and 12 installments of PLN 41,663.00,
c) 2031 – 11 installments of PLN 41,667.00 each and 12 installments of PLN 41,663.00,
d) 2032 - 11 installments of PLN 41,667.00 each and 12 installments of PLN 41,663.00,
e) 2033 - 11 installments of PLN 41,667.00 each and 12 installments of PLN 41,663.00,
f) 2034 - 11 installments of PLN 83,334.00 each and 12 installments of PLN 83,326.00,
