Framework agreement for architect services. The contracting authority wants a contract with tenderers who can deliver architectural services for construction (ARK) and landscape (LARK).

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT per year in the last two years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Estimated annual volume: NOK 1 million - NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 10 million excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

Framework agreement

The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement.

The framework agreement has a duration from and including 2022-08-01 until and including 2024-07-31 with the possibility for the contracting authority to extend for up to a further 2 years, for 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to three tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
