Support services and application development services for operational SAP systems with and without portal functions using ABAP/4.
Within the framework of the present award procedure, DEG is looking for expert advice in five lots. One framework contract partner should be selected for each lot.
LOT 1: SAP IDM backendThe intention is to conclude a framework contract with a one-year term with a three-time extension option of one year each. One framework contract partner should be selected for each lot.
LOT 1: SAP IDM backend task
The following tasks must be taken on as part of the support of the running systems and in smaller projects and carried out independently to a large extent:
o RUN support: error analysis and bug fixing in the productive operation of SAP IDM
o Provision of new functionalities or further development of existing functionalities through customizing in SAP IDM. The execution of the development work involves various support activities in the following areas:

o Technical conception of professional requirements
o Technical realization of business requirements in SAP IDM
o Preparation, execution, documentation of tests as part of the customizing process.
o Execute & create (audit) reports in the IDM environment
o Creating/continuing the IDM authorization concept and other technical operating concepts
o Support for DEG IT staffs/users and support in second-level support
o Support in the preparation, execution and documentation of tests as part of service packs, release - changeovers and go live
o Know-how transfer — training to IT staff if required
o Support for connecting MS Azure and MS Azure services (teams, SharePoint, etc.) to IDM
o Support for connecting and initializing third-party systems to IDM
LOT 2: SAP IDM frontend (SECMENDO UI)The intention is to conclude a framework contract with a one-year term with a three-time extension option of one year each. One framework contract partner should be selected for each lot.
LOT 2: SAP IDM frontend task (SECMENDO UI)
The following tasks must be taken on as part of the support of the running systems and in smaller projects and carried out independently to a large extent:

LOT 3: SAP ERP — Setting up assessment functionsThe intention is to conclude a framework contract with a one-year term with a three-time extension option of one year each. One framework contract partner should be selected for each lot.
LOT 3: Task: Setting up assessment functions in ERP
The following tasks must be taken on as part of the support of the running systems and in smaller projects and carried out independently to a large extent:
• support in specialist conception,
• Realisation, creation of IT concept and update of system documentation
• Go-live support
• Check whether requirements can be implemented within the framework of the SAP standard
• The implementation is largely within the scope of customizing, but also requires programming with ABAP.
• Preparation, execution and documentation of developer tests
• Support with professional acceptance tests
• Creation and updating of authorization concepts
After completion of the projects, the contractor may be entrusted with support tasks.

LOT 4: Introduction of SAP Reserve for Bad DebtsThe intention is to conclude a framework contract with a one-year term with a three-time extension option of one year each. One framework contract partner should be selected for each lot.
LOT 4 Task: Introduction of SAP Reserve for Bad Debts
The following tasks must be taken on within the framework of supporting the running systems and in smaller projects and carried out independently to a large extent:
• support in specialist conception,
• Realisation, creation of IT concept and update of system documentation
• Go-live support
• Check whether requirements can be implemented within the framework of the SAP standard
• The implementation is largely within the scope of customizing, but also requires programming with ABAP.
• Preparation, execution and documentation of developer tests
• Support with professional acceptance tests
• Creation and updating of authorization concepts
After completion of the projects, the contractor may be entrusted with support tasks.
• Support for IT staff and users
LOT 5: SAP CML, complex loans and CMSThe intention is to conclude a framework contract with a one-year term with a three-time extension option of one year each. One framework contract partner should be selected for each lot.
LOT 5: Task of banking modules SAP CML, complex loans and CMS
The following tasks must be taken on and carried out independently to a large extent. In particular, the contractor is entrusted with the following project and support tasks:
o Conception, implementation and introduction of new business requirements within the framework of the SAP standard, including the required roles and profiles,
o Support of existing applications; this includes support for IT employees, DEG users and support in second-level support,
o preparation, execution, documentation of user tests,
o Return of processes to the SAP standard.
According to the client's current assessment, the focus of the services will be on conceptual consulting and implementation, as well as test preparation, execution and documentation.
The individual activities of the contractor to implement the aforementioned tasks include in particular:
o Support in the creation of specialist concepts
o Preparation for acceptance of specialist specifications
o Development of IT concepts
o Setting up workflows
o Maintenance and customizing of the respective SAP modules (ongoing and one-time)
o Maintenance and continuation of authorization concepts
o Preparation, execution and documentation of tests as part of service packs, release - changeover and go live
o Creation of user and IT documentation
