The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in cleaning rooms and internal usable areas in the facilities of the Municipal Guard m.st Warsaw, located in the districts of m.st Warsaw: Wilanów, Śródmieście, Praga - Południe, Praga - Północ, Wawer, Białołęka, Wola, Ochota, Bielany, Ursus. hereinafter also referred to as "Cleaning Services", on the terms set out in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in cleaning rooms and internal usable areas in the facilities of the Municipal Guard m.st Warsaw, located in the districts of m.st Warsaw: Wilanów, Śródmieście, Praga - Południe, Praga - Północ, Wawer, Białołęka, Wola, Ochota, Bielany, Ursus. hereinafter also referred to as "Cleaning Services", on the terms set out in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ. 2. The total cleaning area shall be 13 921,50 [m2]. 3. The Contractor shall provide supervision as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, by appointing a coordinator - from among the employees directly performing the Cleaning Services, to perform ongoing quality control of the cleaning Services provided.
