The object of the order is the collection of letter items up to 1,000 g (excluding postal delivery orders and dialogue mail), franking (city of Leverkusen only), processing the share of part-performance letter items and the delivery of the entire outgoing mail to a Deutsche Post AG letter centre for forwarding and delivery to the recipient.

This call for tenders replaces the award number 156-2021 published on September 23, 2021 with the announcement number in the EU Official Journal 2021/S 186-483318. No contract can be placed in the previous procurement procedure because the submitted offers are not comparable. Therefore, the documents have now been revised and the award has been returned to the state before the tender was submitted. The transfer is chosen as a milder means instead of a repeal of the procedure in accordance with Section 63 (1) No. 4 of the VgV. A new requirement is that an offer must be calculated on the basis of Deutsche Post AG's planned prices from 01.01.2022.
