The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract for assistance with a customer and effect survey and macro-economical analyses. The final extent, structure and ambition level for the effect surveys will be determined in cooperation with the chosen service provider. The contracting authority envisages, however, the following structure for the assignment:
1. A joint customer and effect survey that shall measure parameters such as reputation, knowledge, service level, the customers' experience, as well as results and effects. The latter can be measured in the form of additionality.
Eksportkreditt Norge is already carrying out customer and effect surveys for its activities in cooperation with Oxford Research. In order to make the process more efficient, the contracting authority envisages joint customer and effect surveys that will build on Eksportkreditt Norge's existing surveys. There will, however, be a need for a revision, with a view to including GIEK's activities, as well as possibly simplification.
2. Analysis of macroeconomics effects, including contributions to gross national product (GNP) and employment. The contracting authority will, in cooperation with the service provider and the owner department, determine the extent, structure and content of the analysis of macroeconomics effects. However the analysis of the macroeconomics effects shall be efficient and shall use as few resources as possible.
