Flatanger, Høylandet, Fosnes, Namdalseid, Overhalla and Namsos municipality, as well as Midtre Namdal Samkommune, will hereafter be called the contracting authority. Midtre Namdal Samkommune is an inter-municipal cooperation between Fosnes, Namdalseid, Namsos and Overhalla municipalities. The contracting authority invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for main bank services.

From 1.1.2020 Midtre Namdal Samkommune will cease to exist as an organisation and, at the same time, Fosnes, Namdalseid and Namsos will merge to form the New Namsos municipality.

Separate identical contracts shall be signed with each municipality. Companies, including AS and IKS etc., which are not fully owned by the 5 mentioned municipalities, as well as the Church Councils in the 5 mentioned municipalities, shall be offered equivalent terms.
