The purpose of this contract is third party application maintenance including corrective maintenance, adaptive maintenance and evolutionary maintenance of CGET's internal collaborative tool. TMA's services include:

- corrective maintenance,

- the adaptive maintenance of minor version upgrade,

- the minor evolutionary maintenance,

- the major and complex adaptive maintenances,

- major and complex evolutionary maintenance,

- staff training,

- the associated services which consist of impact studies, the management and transferability of the site,

- one-off services.

The purpose of this contract is third party application maintenance including corrective maintenance, adaptive maintenance and evolutionary maintenance of CGET's internal collaborative tool. It is a mixed market comprising a flat-rate part and a part with purchase orders pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement.

The fixed-price portion includes the benefits listed in Article 9.1 of the CCP. The part with purchase orders includes the services indicated in Article 9.2 of the CCP. In accordance with the 7 o I of art. 30 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the CGET reserves the right to use the negotiated procedure provided for in Article 30.7 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 in order to conclude a contract for the performance of services similar to those entrusted to the holder of this contract set out in Article 3.4 of the CCP and to amend the initial clauses of the contract set out in Article 3.5 of the CCP.
