The purpose of this tender is to cover the procurement requirements of the BfE for the transport, erection and dismantling, maintenance and housing of the newly designed traveling exhibitions with approximately 20 locations in Germany every year.

The subject of the award is the support of traveling exhibitions for the location selection process with transport, installation and dismantling, technical support, implementation and storage. The BfE currently has two differently designed traveling exhibitions. The exhibitions consist of various exhibits in the form of steles, show walls or showcases and a media station. It occupies an area of approximately 8 x 8 m and is planned as an information offer in public buildings such as town halls, state parliaments, libraries or other public facilities. The exhibitions offer a complementary information service, which requires no additional staff. With an average exhibition time of 4 weeks, exhibitions in about 20 different cities and municipalities can be realized every year. The service provider should also arrange for the storage / storage of the exhibits between the exhibition venues.
