The services to be performed are of two types:

- 1st position

Each year, production, color printing of ±,000 A4 documents (2 sheets), their personalization, the supply of 120,000 envelopes, the printing on the envelopes of the data explained in the technical clauses and the sending of these letters and vouchers to households and non-households in Liège.

Processing of undelivered mail (postal returns, approximately 1,200).

- 2nd position

Accounting for vouchers returned by garbage bag distributors and reimbursement thereof.
