The subject of the contract is the delivery of medicines in the quantity and parameters specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order. The contracting authority during the term of the contract (12 months from the date of signing the contract) also provides for tasks Nos. 1 to 19 and 21, 22 and 23 25, 26 and 27 with 2 orders under urgent procedure, so-called "CITO" (with implementation within a maximum of 12 hours from the order). The Contractor is obliged to include the cost of such delivery in the price of the offer (given task / package).
