Description:
Framework agreement relating to outsourcing of the Derogbio tool of the INAO and to the implementation of the referral by electronic means for the derogation requests in organic farming

The purpose of this INAO contract is:

- the provision of hosting services, technical maintenance, functional and corrective, adaptive and evolutionary of the Derogbio application, its database as well as its new EVS module: Electronic referral to be developed.

When we use the term "Bio Derog Tool" in this CCTP, it will include "the Derogbio application", its database as well as its new EVS module and any other modules developed during the framework agreement,

- the introduction of a new module in the Derogbio application: Electronic Referral (EVS) for seven requests for derogations in organic farming

- the provision of a reversibility benefit.
