In 2 separate lots, initial coatings of wall and ceiling surfaces on substrates made of plaster, concrete and plasterboard walls in the interior (lot 01) as well as floor coating work using two-component epoxy resin on raw concrete surfaces, cement screed and mastic asphalt, oil-resistant coatings and polymer-modified, cement-based coatings (lot 02) Tendered in temporally and spatially staggered components and construction phases.

Bidders can submit bids for both lots together or only for one lot.

Approx. 4,900 m are to be built 2 Initial coating of wall and top surfaces with silicate paint.

Approx. 3 050 m are to be built 2 Floor coating made of two-component, water-thinnable epoxy resin paints, approx. 550 m 2 polymer-modified, cement-bound coatings as well as approx. 20 m 2 oil-resistant paint.
