The acquisition will include the services of a developer consultant for the construction project of a new parking garage in Melkinjuri, Jätkäsaari Parking Oy (hereinafter referred to as the “Procurement Unit”).
The developer consultant will be responsible for the developer tasks associated with the project and will oversee the interest and entitlement of the Procurement Unit. The contracting entity requires that the services to be acquired include management of the entire construction project and consulting in support of the Procurement Unit's decision-making for the life of the service on a so-called “turnkey” basis.
The service is formed by paraphrasing tasks in accordance with the HJR18 task list, as described more accurately in the tender documents.
