Barents Nett AS and LeGa Nett AS will enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of creosote-impregnated pine posts.

The contracting authority reserves the right to announce the procurement of posts for its larger projects. The contracting authority will decide whether the size of the assignment or the assignment´s nature indicates that the assignment is to announced separately. The contracting authority shall have the right, but not an obligation, to announce separate competitions as mentioned in this section.
