By means of this European public tender, Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden wishes to conclude agreements for the integral management of the ICT landscape of omgevingsdienst Haaglanden and to provide various deliveries and related services insofar as they are not contracted separately.

The contract is divided into three lots, namely:

1. Server, workplace, application and cloud management

2. Delivery of hardware

3. Delivery of software

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The size of the assignment is estimated at approximately € 475,000 (excluding VAT) per year. The maximum size of the contract is estimated at approximately € 3,800,000 (excluding VAT) for a term of 8 years (3 years initial term and optionally 5 extensions of 1 year). The mentioned size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this.

The scope of the assignment for workplaces is estimated at approximately € 500,000 (excluding VAT) including 1 replacement process (purchase or lease) of the approximately 330 workplaces (laptops and associated peripherals) within the initial term of 3 years. The size of the contract for mobile telephony is estimated at approximately € 200,000 (excluding VAT) including 1 replacement route (purchase or lease) for mobile telephony within the initial term of 3 years. The total size of the assignment is estimated at approximately € 700,000 (excluding VAT) for the initial term of 3 years. The mentioned size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this.

The average contract value over the total duration of the framework agreement is capped at 150% of the stated expected size. This is € 2,400,000 (including 2 replacement routes for laptops and phones within the full term of 8 years).

The size of the assignment is estimated at approximately € 850.ooo (excluding VAT) per year. The total size of the contract is estimated at approximately € 6,800,000 (excluding VAT) for a term of 8 years (3 years initial term and optionally 5 extensions of 1 year).

The average contract value over the total duration of the framework agreement is capped at 150% of the aforementioned expected size, i.e. annual size * eight years + 50% (€ 10,200,000).
