The work consists of:
- the demolition and reconstruction of building 77B (firm phase),
- the redevelopment of the existing premises of Building 77A with relocation of partitions, restoration of walls, floors and ceilings, redistribution of electricity and ventilation (optional tranche for lots 2, 6, 7 and 8).
The services are divided into a lump sum part (firm tranche and optional tranche) and an estimated part on prior estimates.
