Catering Karolinska University HospitalThe tenderer must be able to deliver simple sandwiches, as well as be able to deliver pastry products such as cakes, pastries, buns, cakes, etc. It will also be possible to order coffee/tea, other beverages and a range of disposable materials, and porcelain can be rented if necessary. The tenderer must be able to deliver pastry products in larger quantities for specific occasions such as rolls for Fat Ice Day, Cinnamon Bun Day and other occasions when the order volume can be extensive.

Various options of sandwiches, sandwich cakes, fruit and a small selection of pastries and cakes are also included in the sub-area. It will also be possible to order coffee/tea, other beverages and a range of disposable materials, as well as the possibility to rent crockery if necessary.
The tenderer must be able to deliver pastry products in larger quantities for specific occasions such as rolls for Fat Ice Day, Cinnamon Bun Day and other occasions when the order volume can be extensive.

In the range it should be possible to order starters, main courses and desserts, incl. butter and bread.
There will also be a selection of different buffets and canapés/snacks. It will also be possible to order coffee/tea, other beverages and a range of disposable materials, as well as porcelain can be rented if necessary. When delivering the above, adapted serving cutlery must always be included to enable placing on a plate.
The tender area also includes the possibility for Karolinska to order other non-food items in addition to porcelain and disposable materials, which can be tablecloths, tables, chairs and more, as well as serving staff. The contract supplier for Finare Catering will also, in case of specific needs, deliver complete solutions for events that are tailored to each individual occasion.
