Lot 3The client intends to expand the passive fibre-optic network in the district in several lots. The project includes laying empty conduits for fiber optic cables and equipping them with fiber optic cables, including cable assembly work on public and private land.
The delivery of the material required for this purpose is not subject to the present tender unless expressly stated otherwise in the SOW. However, the contractor is obliged to accept the material from the supplier identified by the customer and pay to it based on the framework agreement attached to this tender. He may, in turn, settle the purchase price against the client in a ratio of 1:1.
