The subject of the contract is the conclusion by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. of an agreement with the contractor for granting a bank guarantee at the request of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. in order to secure the liabilities of Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A. towards Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

The subject of the contract is the conclusion by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. of an agreement with the contractor for granting a bank guarantee at the request of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. in order to secure the liabilities of Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A. towards Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego under the loan agreement of 8 March 2018, as amended, which bank guarantee is required in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Loan Agreement. TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Ordering Party"), under the agreement concluded with the Contractor, will order the issuance of a payment guarantee to secure the receivables of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego resulting from the Loan Agreement up to the maximum total amount of PLN 395,735,275.65 (in words: three hundred ninety-five million seven hundred thirty-five thousand two hundred seventy-five zlotys 65/100), for the period from 12.03.2024 to 11.03.2025. on the basis of which the Bank/Contractor will issue a guarantee.
