The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from properties inhabited in the Bartniczka Municipality in 2024, i.e. recovery or disposal in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1996). 1469) on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the communes. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the following types of municipal waste generated in the Bartniczka Municipality and originating from properties inhabited according to the following fractions:a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, b) paper, c) metals, d) plastics, e) multi-material packaging waste, f) glass, g) bio-waste, h) hazardous waste, i) expired medicines and chemicals, j) waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,k) waste batteries and accumulators,l) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
(m) furniture and other bulky waste,(n) used tyres,(o) textile and clothing waste,(p) construction and demolition waste. 2) The Contractor may not mix separately collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste and mix individual fractions of separately collected municipal waste collected from waste owners.
3) Collection of municipal waste by property owners will be carried out in accordance with the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in force in the Bartniczka Commune. In the event of a change in the regulations, the Contractor is obliged to adjust the frequency to the current resolutions. 4. The contractor is obliged to collect municipal waste directly
from inhabited properties with the following frequency:a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:• in the period from 1 April to 31 October – once every two weeks in single-family buildings, and from multi-unit buildings once a week;• in the period from 1 November to 31 March – once a month; b) bio-waste:• in the period from 1 April to 31 October - once every two weeks in single-family buildings, and from multi-unit buildings once a week;• in the period from 1 November to 31 March - once a month; c) glass - once every two months; d) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging:• in the period from 1 April to 31 October - once a month,• in the period from 1 November to 31 March - once every two months; (e) paper, including cardboard, once every two months;
2) The Contractor is obliged to organize twice a year, the so-called travelling collection, the first in April, the second in October. 3) As part of the drive-by collection, the contractor is obliged to collect waste, i.e. expired medicines, directly from pharmacy points located in the municipality. 4) The Contractor is obliged to collect any amount of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) - within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the notification from the Contracting Authority. The application may be submitted in written or electronic form. The notification will specify the amount of waste and its type. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point is located in Bartniczka at Łąkowa Street. Collection of waste from PSZOK should take place on working days from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. 5) The Ordering Party requires that the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point be equipped with 3 KP-7 containers. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to prepare a schedule for the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties, in accordance with the frequency provided for in the cleaning regulations, with the proviso that the collection of the above-mentioned waste must take place from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. and present the above-mentioned schedule to be agreed upon by the contracting authority within 7 days from the date of signing the contract. In the schedule, the Contractor shall include information that bulky waste should be reported by phone to the Commune Office or directly to the Contractor.
