HUS Corporation invites tenders for an EEG examination system. The system includes hardware, software and database functions necessary for conducting EEG examinations ("registration") and reading. In addition to the framework agreement for equipment purchases, a separate service agreement will be made that covers continuous services enabling the use of the EEG examination system. The system to be procured is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

This is a joint procurement of several contracting entities, which is carried out as a procurement ring. The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used by: HUS Group (HUS), Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county, City of Helsinki, wellbeing services county of Eastern Uusimaa, wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa, wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava and wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa. Based on competitive tendering, the Client selects one (1) contract supplier with whom it will conclude a procurement contract (framework agreement). The duration of the contract is three (3) years, after which it is valid until further notice. The agreement covers the delivery and installation of the equipment to be procured. The detailed content of the contract can be found in the draft contract annexed to the invitation to tender (Annex 4 to the invitation to tender).

In addition to the procurement contract, a service contract is concluded. The service agreement covers other parts of the EEG system procured on the basis of the procurement agreement and continuous services enabling the use of the system, such as registration and reading software, database functions and maintenance of database functions, training, telephone support, supplies and possible services priced per study. On the basis of the contract, additional work to be determined separately in accordance with the value of the procurement decision may also be acquired. The duration of the service agreement is four (4) years, after which it is valid until further notice. The subscriber acquires products in accordance with their needs. The subscriber does not commit to a specific purchase amount and is not liable for changes in the purchase volume during the contract period.
