Description:
Call for Requests to Participate: Procurement of a Flight Training Device for the Finnish Aviation Academy (FINAA)

The object of the contract is to purchase one EASA certified flight training device. The flight training device shall represent the Airbus A320 aircraft. The flight training device shall meet the qualification standards of the FNPT II/MCC and FTD 1 or FTD 2 (EASA document CS-FSTD(A)).

The object of the contract is to purchase one EASA certified flight training device. Object of contract is described in more detail in the appendixes.

The Contract in question will be procured through a competitive dialogue / negotiated procedure as according to Sections 34-35 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts. Among the candidates who request to participate, the Contracting Authority (FINAA) will select three (3) tenderers to whom the invitation to negotiations is sent to.
