The supply and installation of new water tanks within communal areas to social housing blocks fully compliant with the Water Supply Regulations1999 complete with additional health and safety elements to include, where necessary , new lighting, domestic style electrical outlets and walk boards for future maintenance.

The new tanks will be connected to the existing pipework and the existing down service water supply to the flats will not be replaced. No work within residents' dwellings will be required.
