The object of the order is to collect and use solid municipal waste from the area of Bartniczka Municipality received from the owners of the inhabited property and from the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and transfer it to the appropriate installation for waste treatment, in period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023. A detailed description and method of execution of the order includes a description of the item of the order — Chapter IV of the Order Terms Specification.
Order description:
1. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to receive and use the following types of municipal waste produced in the Municipality of Bartniczka and originating from inhabited property according to the following fractions: (a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, (b) paper, (c) metals, (d) plastics, (e) multi-plant packaging waste, (f) glass, (g) biowaste, (h) hazardous waste, (i) expired medicines and chemicals, (j) waste not eligible for household medical waste as a result of the reception of medicinal products in form of injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, (k) used batteries and batteries, l) used electrical and electronic equipment,
m) furniture and other large-sized waste, (n) spent tyres, (o) textile and clothing waste, (p) construction and demolition waste 2. The Contractor shall not mix selectively collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste and mix together individual fractions selectively selectively collected municipal waste collected from the owners of the waste.3. Collection of municipal waste by the owners of the property will be carried out in accordance with the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order applicable in the territory of the Municipality of Bartniczka. In the event of a change to the Rules of Procedure, the Contractor shall adjust the frequency to the current resolutions.4. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect municipal waste directly from inhabited property with the following frequency: (a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: • from 1 April to 31 October — once every two weeks in single-family buildings, and from multi-scale buildings once a week;
• from 1 November to 31 March - once a month; (b) biowaste: • from 1 April to 31 October - once every two weeks in single family buildings, and from multi-scale buildings once a week; • from 1 November to 31 March - once a month; c) glass - once every two months; d) Plastics, metals, multi-cartridges: • from 1 April to 31 October - once a month, • from 1 November to 31 March - once every two months; (e) paper, including cardboard — once every two months; 1) The Contractor is obliged to arrange twice a year, so called. the travelling collection, the first in the month of April, the second in October. 2) The Contractor in the part of the travelling collection, directly from the pharmacy points located in the municipality is obliged to take waste, i.e. expired medicines. 3) The Contractor is obliged to collect any amount of waste. communal, gathered at the Selective Collections Point of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) - within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the notification from the Contracting Authority. The submission may be submitted in writing or electronic form. The notification will determine the amount of waste and its type. Selective Zbiórki Komunalny Waste is located in Bartniczka on Łąkowa Street. Receipt of waste from the PSZOK should take place on working days from 7.00 to 15.00. 4) The Contracting Authority requires retrofitting the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste in 3 containers KP-7 5. The Contractor is obliged under the contract to draw up a timetable for the collection of municipal waste from inhabited property in accordance with the frequency provided for in the Rules of Procedure, provided that the collection of the above waste must take place from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 to 22.00 and provide the timetable to be agreed to the Contracting Authority within 7 days from the date of signing the contract. In the schedule, the Contractor shall include information that large-sized waste should be reported by telephone to the Municipal Office or directly to the Contractor.
