The object of the contract is the appointment of a project author to study the renovation of the communal institute of technical education.

This market includes a firm and a conditional tranche:

I) The firm tranche includes:

1) study of the reorganization of the functionalities of the ICET on a main site or several, that of the main establishment (street of the Remparts 57);

2) building compliance including:

- compliance of the electricity and fire protection of all the existing buildings of the school, located rue des Remparts 57,

- modernization of sanitary facilities,

- the development of the surroundings (playground, parking area, PMR adaptation ...),

- the replacement of prefabricated classrooms and refectory with new construction appropriate to the needs of the school,

- the extensions improving the functioning of the site which were met by the study in 1 above which can be realized within the framework of this budget.

The project author carries out the complete mission:

- architectural study,

- and special techniques,

- project / implementation coordination,

- the project author completes the application for planning permission,

- the project author is responsible for drawing up the work specifications and the estimated and quotation

- after the award of the public contract, it will analyze the tenders and draw up the tender examination report with a view to award by the contracting authority,

- during the execution of the works, he supervises the site,

- it checks the progress reports issued by the works company,

- he is the site coordinator,

- he draws up the building's PEB and the subsequent intervention file at the end of the construction.

II) The conditional tranche:

According to the results of the study of point 1 above, when the contracting authority decides to carry out this reorganization, the project author will be commissioned to carry out the study of all the buildings of the ICET included in the reorganization.
