The purpose of the market is to carry out entomological surveillance and intervention missions around detections and prospecting, treatment and work around places frequented by human cases of diseases transmitted by insect vectors in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region.

The purpose of the market is to choose the organization for the following missions:

- entomological surveillance of the implantation of insect vectors of human diseases in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region with the development and implementation of an entomological surveillance program in conjunction with the ARS which coordinates this surveillance regional level. The objective of this surveillance is, for Aedes albopictus, to follow the evolution of the colonization of the territory, to estimate the seasonal dynamics of the mosquito and to know the density of this vector from time to time,

- carrying out entomological surveys around cases of human diseases transmitted by insects and treatments when necessary,

- technical support to the ARS, in particular expertise in entomology but also, at the request of the ARS, participation in decision-making bodies, training, communication or social mobilization actions.
