The College is looking for one a mechanical and electrical maintenance providers that offer the best value for money for each lot individually as this supports the College support local SME’s.

Lot 1: Electrical Distribution

Provision of emergency light testing.

Lot 2: Air Conditioning Units

Major annual service, inspection and testing, 6 month inspection of Air Conditioning Units.

Lot 3a: Heating Systems and Equipment (HVAC)

Maintenance and service to Heating Systems and Equipment (HVAC).

Lot 4: Water Systems and Outlets

Maintenance and service to water systems and outlets.

Lot 5: Goods and Passenger Lifts

Maintenance and service to goods and passenger lifts.

Lot 6a: Fire Protection Systems

Maintenance and service to fire protection systems.

Lot 6b: Fire Alarm and Detection Systems
