The present tender covers the road construction work for the new construction of the St2435 - bypass Wiesenfeld.

The construction work includes earthworks / drainage / asphalt superstructure and equipment work for the new construction of the bypass over a total length of 3,450 m, the conversion of approx. 950 m connecting roads (municipal and district roads) and the dismantling of the current St2435 to 960 m length. Furthermore, 3.5 km of field and meadow paths are to be created in the course of the construction project.

As part of the measure, a roundabout with an outer diameter of 45 m and three identical junctions as well as three rainwater treatment plants will be built.

The further scope of services of this tender includes the new building BW02 – bicycle and sidewalk underpass as a self-supporting flexible corrugated steel profile in the course of St 2435 new as well as the new construction and conversion of several culverts up to DN 700.

The specifications for road construction contain the following main quantities:

51,000 m3 of topsoil loosening, interim storage, installation

98,000 m3 of floor loosening, temporary storage, installation

50,000 m3 of soil improvement

Build 40,000 m2 of asphalt pavement

Producing 4,000 m2 of unbound surface layers

Producing 32,000 m3 of unbound base courses

Laying 800 m drainage pipes up to DN 700

2,700 m of seepage pipes with shafts every 100 m

Manufacture 1,600 m of DN100 electric thermowells incl. drawing shafts

2,800 m of protective equipment

3 settling tanks with concrete plunge wall and overflow threshold

2 rainwater retention basins as earth basins with paving and 1 infiltration basin

3 associated discharge structures in concrete with throttle devices.
