The scope of the contract includes services consisting in the performance of: The scope of the contract includes services consisting in the performance of: 1.1 In the field of establishing and maintaining housing estate greenery: 1.1.1. mowing lawns five times with raking and removal of cut grass (in the period from April to November), supplying lawns with mineral fertilizers depending on climatic conditions and grass growth rate, 1.1.2. three-fold, care and forming cutting of hedges and removal of self-seeding (from April to October) depending on climatic conditions and the growth rate of shrubs, 1.1.3. rejuvenation and care of shrubs, 1.1.4. greenery renovation: setting up lawns on native soil, setting up lawns with fertile soil delivery, agrotechnical treatments improving the condition of existing lawns, care treatments in tree and shrub clusters, planting plant material (perennial and annual plants), 1.1.5. elimination of residue (wood pulp) ) after works in shrubs and resulting from changing weather conditions (winds, rainfall), 1.1.6. construction and maintenance of earth, gravel playgrounds and pulley alleys, 1.1.7. making small forms of accompanying architecture (assembly and disassembly of benches, safety fences, feeders, etc.), 1.1.8. other necessary to maintain in good condition estate greenery and unpaved surfaces in the capital city of Warsaw under the management of ZGN, work commissioned by the Employer. 2.
