Substation 2 and 3 power system upgrade

The project consists of the following:

• extension/modification of the existing HV ring 2;

• installation and commissioning of two new substations S2.1 and S3.1;

• standby diesel generation;

• outgoing power circuits to new sub section switchboard (new and existing);

• testing and Commissioning of new electrical plant;

• migration of existing circuits to new sub section switchboards;

• testing and commissioning;

• decommissioning of existing HV/LV Electrical plant and cabling;

• final integrated systems testing;

• associated builders work.
