Norad will enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 supplier for the purchase of subscriptions and the handling of subscriptions of Norwegian and foreign journals. Norad wants a total offer that deals with all the journals; Norwegian and foreign journals, both printed and electronic versions. An overview of the journal subscriptions is to be found in the Tender Document, Annex 3. This overview is to be considered as normative, i.e. Norad reserves the right to make minor adjustments and changes, and that subscriptions can be cancelled or added during the period of the contract. The Framework Agreement might be extended to include solutions and services that are closely related to the handling of subscriptions. See the Tender Document, Annex 2, for further information.
