Information on the means of electronic communication by which the Contracting Authority will communicate with the Contractors and information on the technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence a) Communication in the procurement procedure, including submission of bids, exchange of information and transmission of documents or statements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, shall be carried out by means of electronic communication, via the Tender Platform of the Silesian University of Technology: https://polsl.logintrade.net/rejestracja/ and e-mail: IA1@polsl.pl. by the Contractor is free of charge. b) Encrypted HTTPS is used for the connection. Data encryption is carried out using the SSL protocol. An SSL certificate ensures the confidentiality of data transmissions sent over the Internet. A Contractor with an account on the Tender Platform has access to the possibility of submitting and withdrawing an offer, as well as functionalities allowing to ask questions about the content of the Terms of Reference and communicate with the Contracting Authority in other areas. c) Technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, electronic copies of documents and statements and information transmitted using them are described in the "Instructions" tab on the Tender Platform. d) The maximum size of files sent via the Tender Platform is 150 MB. e) The time is written in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The time of submitting data to the Tender Platform is the time in which the submission of an offer, notification, document or statement by the Contractor will be confirmed. f) The Contractor may also submit the above-mentioned notification, document or statement (not applicable to the offer) to the Contracting Authority's e-mail address. By submitting the above-mentioned notice, document or statement, the Contractor requires confirmation of delivery of the message. The date of submission of the notification, document or statement shall be the date of receipt of the confirmation of delivery of the message containing the above-mentioned files/attachments from the Ordering Party's mail server. The maximum size of files sent via the Ordering Party's e-mail is 10 MB.
