The total sum insured is expected to be approximately EUR 142,132,748.00.

The insured dangers for buildings are fire, tap water, storm/hail and in the inventory area additional burglary. Furthermore, the buildings are insured against glass breakage.

Extended natural hazard cover is also the subject of the tender as a contingent item.

Offers are to be made without a deductible or with a deductible of EUR 1,000.00 (max. EUR 20,000.00 p.a.). The deductibles deviate from this and can be found in the documents.
