The performance of the contractor includes the object planning for buildings u. Interiors acc. Service phases (LP) 2-9 to § 34 HOAI (2013) (individual services of the client account for individual partial services in the basic services).
In addition to the basic services, the following special services are to be provided:
- Review u. Revision of the stock plans,
- preparation of tenders for maintenance contracts for components subject to regular review,
- Create the existing documentation u. Compilation of alphanumeric inventory data based on BFR inventory,
- monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation periods,
- Transfer of planning and. Cost data in digital survey forms,
- Creation of F + R plans u. FW plans
- Check u. Recognition of plans of third parties, not on the planning of technically involved parties for compliance with the implementation plans,
- Check u. Values of side offers in tenders (as required).
The Landesrechnungshof (LRH) is currently based in several buildings on Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße and Oberen Langgasse in Speyer (buildings A to E). Buildings A and B were formerly built as an agricultural school and later used for the LRH.
The old building of the LRH (building E) is an administrative building from the 1960s, which is not a listed building, but in materials, space cuts and appearance is typical of its construction time.
Due to the partially unfavorable room layout of the former school buildings (A and B) and a new space requirement of 1 434 m
An adaptation of the outdoor facilities is necessary by a new routing and a relocation of existing parking areas.
