The contracting authority launches a public service contract with a view to obtaining partial exemption from the payment of the withholding tax for research and development projects governed by articles 275/3 and following of the 1992 Income Tax Code for reference years 2020, 2021 and 2022. Among the tasks to be performed in this context, the successful tenderer must in particular:

- Identify and instruct the projects concerned by tax legislation,

- Propose the most suitable methodologies to do this,

- Prepare, establish and determine the projects and / or files and / or employee profiles concerned by the research and development projects,

- Identify the deductions to operate, justify them and, in collaboration with the dedicated human resources, implement them,

- Manage and coordinate relations and contacts with the bodies concerned (eg the tax administration and Belspo),

- Introduce the necessary reports and documents to the authorities concerned,

- Defend, support and intervene with the authorities concerned on behalf of the contracting authority in the event of a control during and after the processing of the file by the authorities concerned.
