The objective of the review is to obtain knowledge about the income formation processes in the value chain for Norwegian and foreign movies and TV series offered in Norway. The review shall also demonstrate how the income and the related costs are divided between the various segments in the value chain for Norwegian and foreign movies and TV series. The review shall provide the participants an objective knowledge base which shall form the basis for the further process for financing and accessibility of Norwegian movies and TV series in the digital market, and provide the Ministry of Culture a better basis for following-up the Audio-visual Media Services Directive (AVMSD).
