The tender concerns turnkey consultancy (architectural and engineering services) in connection with renovation, minor refurbishment and refurbishment of Fjelsted Harndrup School located at Fjellerupvej 26 in Fjellerup. The affected building area is approximately 2,650 m2.

Middelfart Municipality is looking for a turnkey consultant to handle the construction project. The services of the turnkey consultant are based on a presentation of ideas and an annotated excerpt from a master plan for the school and include the preparation of the building programme and outline proposals, project proposals, design, tenders in agency contracts, construction management and professional supervision, as well as submission and 1 year review. The turnkey consultant will be in charge of and coordinate the construction project throughout the process.

Participants in the tender are limited to 5 total advisor teams selected through pre-qualification. Pre-qualification applicants must complete the electronic Joint European Procurement Document ESPD, and if the applicant bases their financial and/or technical capacity on sub-advisors, a separate ESPD must be handed over for each sub-advisor.
