The contracting authority intends to contract 1 contractor for the execution of structural maintenance and small-scale building mutations. The aim is to select, through a tender, a partner who assumes responsibility for the full implementation, from recording to realization and delivery.
The tender relates to 9 complexes (educational locations) of a total of approximately 59 247 m
- structural breakdown maintenance / requests and construction work,
- performing and directing odd jobs or small projects, possibly within different disciplines and in collaboration with other contract parties,
- give advice for multi-year maintenance.
