It is the requirement of Dublin City University (‘DCU’) to appoint six (6) nr Contractors to a Framework to carry out selected works on properties owned and operated by DCU, and it's subsidiaries and associated colleges in the Dublin region, consisting of but not limited to DCU Ballymun and Glasnevin, St Patricks, All Hallows, DCU Sports Campus and Alpha Campus consisting of approximately 78 buildings over 280 000 m2.

The Framework works may include, but are not limited to:

General Building Works;

Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to and of Existing Structures;

Construction of New Buildings;

Repair and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings;

Mechanical and Electrical Works;

Minor Civil Engineering Works;

Works to Protected and Preserved structures;

Miscellaneous Maintenance Projects.
