The subject of the contract is: "Reconstruction of part of the Main Building of the CUE in Krakow, i.e. room No. 30 with facilities and construction of ventilation installations and reconstruction of external stairs and pavement": Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works – hereinafter referred to as STWiOR (Annex No. 11 to SWZ), Bill of Quantities (Annex No. 8 to SWZ) and design documentation (Annex No. 12 to SWZ).

The Ordering Party has: Permit of the Małopolska Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments No. ZN-I.5142.89.2022 and Decision to grant a building permit – No. 257/6740.2/2022 [documents are attached to the project documentation].

The execution of the order will take place on an active facility. The Main Building is entered in the register of monuments.

Order completion date:

Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: up to 5 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The deadline for the performance of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 refers to the actual performance of the works together with the final acceptance of the subject of the contract.

Detailed rules regarding the deadline for the execution of the contract are indicated in the model contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
