This contract is a service contract whose purpose is the award of a multi-successful framework agreement, within the meaning of Articles 2, 35 ° and 43 § 5 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, in order to advise or carry out, as a subcontractor of Ecetia for the benefit of the requesting local authorities, all missions within their sphere of competence.

The services expected under the Subsequent Contracts may consist of:

1) FEASIBILITY STUDY MISSION (in the broad sense)

(i) Opportunity study

(ii) Programming

(iii) Technical feasibility study

(iv) Financial feasibility study

(v) Study to evaluate real estate potential and estimated feasibility

2) MISSION OF ASSISTANCE IN THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT OF AUTHOR OF PROJECT OR DESIGN & BUILD

3) EXECUTION MONITORING MISSION (DESIGN AND WORKS)

4) TECHNICAL SUPPORT MISSION
