As of 01.01.2024, the Verbandsgemeinde of Weißenthurm and the towns and local municipalities belonging to it as well as the associated own companies will issue insurance benefits for the 212 properties owned by them in accordance with Annex 1 to the LV - Property Directory of Properties to the following extent:

3. Einbruchdiebstahlversicherung

4. Storm Building Insurance

5. Storm Content Insurance

6. Tap water building insurance

7. Tap Water Content Insurance

8. Glass insurance

9. Natural hazard insurance for buildings

10. Natural hazard insurance Content

11. Fire Business Interruption Insurance

12. Insurance of additional dangers to fire business interruption insurance.

The Verbandsgemeinde of Weißenthurm and the towns and local municipalities belonging to it as well as the associated proprietary enterprises award insurance benefits for the 212 properties owned by them in accordance with Appendix 1 to the LV - Property Directory of Properties to the following extent:

2. Fire Content Insurance

3. Einbruchdiebstahlversicherung

4. Storm Building Insurance

5. Storm Content Insurance

6. Tap water building insurance

7. Tap Water Content Insurance

8. Glass insurance

9. Natural hazard insurance for buildings

10. Natural hazard insurance Content

11. Fire Business Interruption Insurance

12. Insurance of additional dangers to fire business interruption insurance.

The start of insurance for all properties is 01.01.2024, the end of insurance is 31.12.2026.

The tendering body is advised by the law firm Kutschera from Mönchengladbach.

Response times must be ensured as follows:

- Claims settlement: Admission within 48 hours of notification

- Assessment of damage within 3 working days

- General enquiries: 5 working days

The contractor nominates the client for all objects and damage cases a single point of contact, who should be with the leading company in the case of co-insurance groups.
