This is an integrated contract consisting of the executive design and the demolition and reconstruction of the Institute of Higher Technical High School Education consisting of the "S. Stagi" Art School and the "Don Lazzeri" Technical Institute of Pietrasanta. The contract shall include all works, services, supplies and supplies necessary to deliver the work fully completed and in accordance with the conditions laid down in the special conditions.

The total amount of the contract, pursuant to art. 35 c. 8 of the Code, amounts to Euro 16,100,056.45 divided as follows:

- Euro 15,710,000.00 as the total amount of the works, of which Euro 15,560,000.00 for works based on the tender, Euro 150,000.00 for security charges not subject to reduction, excluding VAT at 10%. The amounts subject to reduction include the labour costs estimated by the contracting authority, which amount to Euro 2,931,230.79;

- Euro 390,056.45 as consideration for the executive design, excluding social security charges at 4% and VAT at 22%.
