The provision of services in the field of maintenance, minor — current repairs, readings of heat meters and the operation of technical ambulances in the residential and commercial buildings administered by the Department of Housing in Toruń Municipal residential and commercial buildings and in municipal premises temporary, residential, social and commercial premises located in the buildings of residential communities.
The detailed scope of the activities covered by the service shall be set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The addresses of properties covered by the service are indicated in Annexes Nos 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D to this SWZ.
The provision of services in the field of maintenance, minor — current repairs, readings of heat meters and the operation of technical ambulances in the residential and commercial buildings administered by the Department of Housing in Toruń Municipal residential and commercial buildings and in municipal premises temporary, residential, social and commercial premises located in the buildings of residential communities.
Specifics of the item of the order:
1. Basic maintenance, including maintenance, minor — ongoing repairs in the field of general construction, sanitary installations (wod — kan, gas, c.o.), electrical installations and other minor works and services indicated by the contracting person carried out in Toruń Municipal buildings residential and commercial premises, excluding forts and garages, and adjacent areas remaining in the administration of the Housing Management Department.
Basic maintenance also includes activities performed in premises administered by ZGM in WM buildings and in buildings with unregulated legal status, which have been classified by the Ordering Party as basic maintenance services.
2. Additional maintenance, including the performance of ad hoc maintenance operations, minor - ongoing repairs and minor services beyond the scope of basic maintenance, if their performance is necessary for maintaining the administered resources in a proper technical condition. Additional maintenance includes, in particular, maintenance, repairs and services carried out in municipal temporary premises, residential, social and utility premises in the Housing Communities, both administered by the Housing Management Department in Toruń as well as those remaining on foreign management, on sites owned by GMT which are not areas adjacent to buildings under primary maintenance, as well as in sites designated as vacancy, which are not included in basic maintenance and in forts and garages.
3. Maintenance of intercom installations.
4. Maintenance of AZART TV networks.
5.The provision of technical ambulance and failure removal services in the field of public works, sanitation (wod — kan, gas, c.o.) and electrical works in municipal residential and commercial buildings and adjacent areas remaining in the administration of the Housing Management Department in the Toruń.
6. Heat meter readings.
The Contractor is obliged to provide services in the field of maintenance, minor – current repairs and technical emergency service, every day from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
