The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Brzeziny commune.
As part of the contract, the Contractor is required to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste from all residential properties and properties on which summer houses are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, located in the Brzeziny commune. It is also required to collect waste that has been placed next to the containers in bags when they have not fit and to empty additional private containers.
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the commune of Brzeziny.
2. As part of the contract, the Contractor is required to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste from all residential properties and properties on which summer houses are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, located in the commune birch. It is also required to collect waste that has been placed next to the containers in bags when they have not fit and to empty additional private containers.
3. Place of performance of the contract: the entire administrative area of the Brzeziny commune, covering the following cities: Adamów, Bielanki, Bogdanka, Bronowice, Buczek, Dąbrówka Duży, Dąbrówka Mała, Eufeminów, Gaj, Gałkówek Kolonia, Grzmiaca, Helenów, Helenówka, Henryków, Ignaców, Jabłonów , Janinów, Jaroszki, Jordanów, Kędziorki, Małczew, Marianów Kołacki, Michałów, Paprotnia, Pieńki Henrykowskie, Poćwiardówka, Polik, Przanówka, Przecław, Rochna, Rozworzyn, Sadowa, Stare Koluszki, Strzemboszewice, Siberia, Szymaniszki, Ściborów, Tadzin, Teodorów Tworzyjanki, Witkowice, Zalesie, Żabieniec;
4. This tender does not apply to real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated.
5. The scope of the contract also includes equipping the property owners throughout the entire contract period with containers and sacks for collecting waste (the containers will be the property of the Contractor) in the quantities necessary to collect municipal waste generated in the Brzeziny commune.
6. Organizing a selective waste collection point (PSZOK) in the place designated by the Employer and equipping it with the necessary number of containers for proper functioning.
