UMG intends to procure a Spatial Gene Expression Imager for the visualization and quantification of targeted gene expression on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.

Tenders are issued for the delivery, ready-to-use installation and commissioning of a molecular imaging device, including expert installation and integration into the client's network. In addition, the customer's operating personnel must receive expert instruction on the operation and function of the system at the customer's site, including the handing over of a user manual.

The ready-to-use installation, including connection, expert instruction in the complete system and the handing over of the user manual take place immediately after delivery.

The customer must be informed of the planned delivery date at least ten working days (Monday to Friday) before delivery by e-mail (to be announced after the contract has been awarded).

Delays in delivery or performance must be reported to the Client immediately.
