Procurement/leasing or hire of 1 new four-axle hook lorry with a crane, including a service contract for the chassis, c.f. annex 2 requirement specifications. The contract has options, including a transport plate with a frame and a three-axle trailer.

The hire alternative is without a driver, i.e., only a hook lorry with a crane.
