The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber, tourism to be carried out in the Kwidzyn Forest District in the year 2022

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and sparing of timber, tourism resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.6 — surfaces with planned protection of raids and subplants.

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 112 of the Director-General of State Forests of 04 October 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction to application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in organizational units of State Forests and Decision No 37 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk of 9 July 2021 amending Decision No 16 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk COMMISSION DECISION of 7 June 2021 on the introduction to the application of the 'Description of the Regional Technology Standard for the Implementation of Forestry Works Technology'. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4.1 and 4.2. to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.
